1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and [Company name], [registered address, company ID] ("we"), the operator of Imperion War ("the Game"). By accepting them in the Game you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country), or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account per game world.
- Usernames and alliance names must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- Rubies, resources, items and other in-game content are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Game.
- Purchases on Android are processed by Google Play under its terms. Refunds follow Google Play's policy and mandatory consumer law; a refunded purchase may be removed from your account.
- By buying digital content that is delivered immediately you ask us to deliver it at once and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends with that delivery, to the extent the law allows.
4. Fair play and conduct
You must not: use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits; attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers; buy, sell or share accounts; harass, threaten or insult other players; post illegal, hateful or sexual content; or impersonate us or other people. Report bugs that give an unfair advantage instead of using them.
5. Moderation and suspension
We may remove content, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, in proportion to the breach. You can contact us at [email] if you think a decision was wrong.
6. Changes and availability
The Game is a live service: we may change, balance, add or remove features and content, and the Game may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. If we change these Terms in a material way, we will show the new version in the Game and ask you to accept it again.
7. Liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of virtual items caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete My Account).
9. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of [country, e.g. the Czech Republic], without taking away the protection given to consumers by the law of their country. Contact: [email].
10. Web store and Imperial Tickets
On imperionwar.com you can buy Imperial Tickets ("Tickets"), a virtual currency of the Game. To buy, you sign in with your game account; Tickets are credited only to that account.
- Digital content, immediate delivery. Tickets are digital content delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. Before paying you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
- No cash value. Tickets have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, are not refundable except where the law requires it, and can only be used in the Game to obtain in-game packs. One Ticket corresponds to EUR 0.10 of the price list of in-game packs.
- Personal and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be transferred, sold or given to another account.
- Prices and payment. Prices are shown and charged in euros including VAT. Amounts in other currencies are approximate. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); we never receive your full card details.
- Bonus tickets. Bonus and first-purchase Tickets are part of the offer valid at the time of purchase; we may change future offers.
- Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the Tickets (or items obtained with them) are removed from the account; a negative balance may block further purchases until settled. Repeated abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension.
- Problems. If Tickets are not delivered or you were charged incorrectly, contact support through the Help page with your order number.
- Minors. Players under 18 (or the age of majority in their country) may buy only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
